Coconut Cashew Latte
Something I never expected to be making this afternoon while cleaning up my blog. I had a tonne of admin stuff I wanted to do for the blog before I really start posting content on to this platform. I was feeling a caffiene free latte and this hit the spot.
It's really simple, healthy and mega thirst quenching too.
What you need
Blender of choice
Strainer
Handful of Cashew Nuts (for quick soak, add hot water to it for about 2-3 minutes)
3 Pitted Medjool Dates
Water/ Coconut Water ( I used plain and simple Water)
1 tspn Cinnamon Powder
1/2 Fresh Vanilla Pod
1 tspn Coconut Powder
for the decoration. If you don't have this to hand, use good Coco Powder or I would reccomend Cacao Powder too
Method
Place all the ingredients in your blender and whizz away for 1 minute or so till creamy and frothy. Now strain the liquid, decorate and drink to your hearts content babes.
